How do I find my size?

Can I cancel or change my order once it's placed?

Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, as orders are processed quickly.

That said, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@shopskrubs.com and we’ll do our best to help.

If we’re unable to make changes in time, you can always return your items in accordance with our return policy.

I forgot to add my discount code, can it be applied after placing my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to apply a disount code retroactively.

We recommend double-checking that your code is applied at checkout before completing your order. If you have any questions or are unable to add your discount, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order, we’re always happy to help.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, if you’re located near the Repentigny area, you can select the “Pick up” option at checkout.

You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready, along with the warehouse address for pickup.

Our warehouse hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Please note that hours may vary during holidays.

Do you have discounts for group orders?

Yes, we offer exclusive pricing for group orders, along with logo customization and tailored options to fit your needs.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, if you’re located near the Repentigny area, you can select the “Pick up” option at checkout.

You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready, along with the warehouse address for pickup.

Our warehouse hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Please note that hours may vary during holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). During busy periods such as sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date as soon as your order ships.

Canada

  • Quebec: 1–4 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 3–5 business days (depending on location)

United States

  • 5–7 business days (depending on location)

Will I have to pay duties , taxes & tarrif on my order?

Canada
Orders within Canada will be charged Canadian sales tax. You will not have to pay any additional duties or tariffs.

USA & International

International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Skrubs reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.

My delivery information is incorrect or has changed?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery to changed addresses once the order has been placed, especially if the order has already been processed and shipped. If you need your order delivered to a different address than was listed when you made the purchase, please email us at info@shopskrubs.com with your order number and updated shipping address. If your package has already been shipped, please contact the distributor and ask them to update your shipping address. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will notify you by email.

Exchange, Return & Refund

How can I make a return?

We offer free 14-day returns for store credit. You can read our Return Policy for more information. To start a return, click here.

Is it possible to make an exchage?

If the size or the model of the item you have received does not fit as expected, don't worry! The easiest way to exchange it is to return it for store credit and place a new order once you've received your refund. You have 14 days to return your item after delivery, and it's completely free. We’re so sorry about that, this isn’t the experience we want for you.

Please reach out to us at info@shopskrubs.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and our team will take care of it as quickly as possible.

We don't currently have a permanent store but we organize pop-up stores all year long! Check our Instagram @shopskrubs for more information about upcoming pop-up stores! See you there!

Are Skrubs products made in Canada?

Our scrubs are designed in Canada by a nurse, and our team, operations, and warehouse are proudly based in Quebec.

To ensure the level of quality, performance, and durability we expect, our products are manufactured with trusted partners overseas who specialize in technical apparel. This allows us to use advanced fabrics and production expertise that wouldn’t be possible otherwise, while maintaining the high standards we’ve set for Skrubs.

We stay closely involved at every step, from design to final production, to make sure every piece meets our expectations.

Beyond where they’re made, our commitment remains local. We actively support Canadian healthcare workers and invest in the next generation through events, donations, and initiatives across the community.
