Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Skrubs only offers store credit for returns; we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. After 14 days from the delivery date, no return or store credit can be offered.

Promotional items, items marked FINAL SALE, and discounted items with a reduction of 30% or more off the original price are considered FINAL SALE, meaning no returns will be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging (plastic bag with barcode sticker). You’ll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Important Notes About Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return causes your order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Products that are used, damaged, or misused cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. As stock is limited and sells out quickly, we highly recommend placing your new order as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee stock availability.
