Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders of 135$ or more in Canada ONLY.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1-8 days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1-3 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Skrubs is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by courier or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. 

International Shipping

For Canadian orders, Canadian sales taxes will be applied. International orders are subject to customs, import duties and fees. We are not liable for these charges. By placing your order, you agree to cover all applicable fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Skrubs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Skrubs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
